Best approach to optimize Ryzen memory settings.
I've been looking for a 5600x and noticed most people think my 3200mhz C16 Corsair Vengeance might not be ideal for top performance. Since my RAM is B-die, I should be able to make small adjustments without problems. Should I focus on tightening the timings to C14 using the Ryzen DRAM Calculator, or aim for a higher 3600mhz C16? I'm trying to keep things realistic because the designers placed the CMOS right under the GPU, so I often have to remove my card during boot issues. Please don't think this is too simple—I'm not very familiar with memory specs or timing details beyond what the calculator suggests.
Standard boards usually have clear CMOS pins you can connect to reset the BIOS back to its default settings. This method is preferred over removing the battery. I’d aim for a 3600c16 model.
