You can convert the ISO file to a USB drive and either set it up manually or purchase a disk, then use the provided tool from Microsoft to generate a bootable USB key.

Windows 1 is expected to be a complimentary upgrade from version 8.1. Still, a delay in the 10 release seems likely.
