Identifying the board type isn't possible from this information. It also doesn't clarify whether you're using two or four DIMMs.

It's quite likely you didn't secure the device properly, that's often the case. These issues are less frequent in self-tightening latches compared to manual tightening on systems like large Xeon servers and Threadripper, but they can still occur. Consider reattaching it and checking for improvements. If nothing changes: perform a CMOS reset to refresh BIOS settings.

Add this to what I have, the motherboard advises using A2 and B2 for 2 DIMMs. If that doesn't help and Ben's tips fail, then the RMA option—especially returning or exchanging with the seller as suggested by @Somerandomtechyboi—is likely the best choice.
