I own a piece of equipment with pins on my X6703 Aorus Pro, and it's brand new—they really stand out.
They haven’t received any damage, didn’t have anything inserted, and are brand new. If that’s the case, just return it for repair. Anything attempted to fix it could affect the warranty. In short, they’re a bit loose—just gently adjust them and try again, but proceed with caution if you’re not sure.

Ensure a RMA ticket is opened if the package was damaged during transit. The transport caused the damage.
