Uncertain about whether 1.15V is sufficient for full performance. I see my CPU using 1.43V even at a steady 3.9GHz under full load. Also, I left everything in auto mode, which isn’t ideal for me.

Confirmed around 4000 for "auto." PBO isn't ideal, I expect slight improvements on Cinebench, though temperatures rise a bit. Also, I think a 100-point jump in Cinebench won't provide much edge in realistic situations like gaming or video encoding.

they head to 95 during the cpuz test? that seems a bit brief and might hint at an issue with cooling, I think… by the way, the Ryzen stock cooler works just fine. I only purchased my Noctua cooler for another planned build (Intel), so maybe it could be around 10°C lower, though probably not much more than that—depends on the workload. You might want to repaste the CPU and ensure the cooler is installed correctly… Also, consider turning off PBO; performance shouldn’t drop noticeably, but a few celsius loss would be noticeable first.

They were using a higher voltage setting now instead of the original, and the larger fan isn’t the standard model. That’s why the voltage levels are affecting your temperatures.

Hope this helps—maybe capture the screen with hwinfo64. Looks like voltages, clocks, and temperatures are key. Probably shouldn’t exceed 70 in CPU test, and the cooler seems okay (though I’m not sure). For reference, temps should stay below 1.5V, under is fine (around 1.3–1.5), and the lower end of that range works too.
