Yes, adjust both windows and NVIDIA settings to high performance. Execute a benchmark for CPU and GPU performance. Windows typically switches cores, so a heavy thread may appear as a partial load across all cores.

I see what’s going on now. I wasn’t aware core usage was displayed that way. Both were configured for high performance, and with just one GPU they’re hitting higher utilization. Thanks for your assistance!
