The specs include an Intel i5 2500k, EVGA Gtx 570, Corsair H100i watercooler, gigabyte GA Z68X UD4 B3 MMO, 8GB RAM. I'm just starting with overclocking and need guidance on what settings to adjust safely in the BIOS. Please let me know what voltage or parameters are recommended for stable performance. I'm also curious about the GPU overclocking potential, as my system runs well above 30°C with good temperatures.

Hi,
The best thing to do is look on youtube, their are ton of overclocking guide but you have to keep in mind overclocking is trial and error. There is almost no danger to overclocking unless you do something stupid (put overkill voltage) and also ALWAYS keep an eye on CPU temps.
You should be able to hit 4.2 GHZ with almost no with that cpu. It is recommended to buy an aftermarket cooler to hit higher speeds.
