I've been using my pc for almost a year now, and I've only ever overclocked a few times. Given that, how often should I replace the liquid cooling? I haven't experienced any issues with the cooling system itself, and all temperatures remain excellent, staying between 30-40 degrees.

there's a pretty good guide, right here on TOm's, to watercooling that answers that question and others you haven't thought about

It relies on the kind of liquid cooling system you have:
Closed loop - never.
Open loop - depends on various factors and is unique to your setup. Can you check how much water remains in your reservoir? Are you losing significant amounts through evaporation? If it's an open loop, after a year it might need maintenance.
