I was suggested to speed up my RAM by someone on this forum, they recommended specific software and I’m unsure where to begin. I have a Ryzen 5 3600x on an ASUS B450-F board with a 2x8 GSKILL Aegis 2400 kit. I’m not sure what settings to adjust. I’d also like to boost my CPU performance to get better results, since both my RAM and CPU are running around 80% during games.

Verify the settings in your motherboard's BIOS, XMP could be available there. Try it instead. Caution: Overclocking RAM isn't really useful for everyday use, but it might boost performance slightly during gaming.

As mentioned before, it's not worth the effort. Just proceed as is. Unless you're prepared to invest time for a result that probably won't matter much.
