So i left my PC on overnight, and when i returned today, my Ctrl + V didn’t function properly. In reality, pressing it doesn’t paste anything unless I release Ctrl first. I attempted to fix it using ChatGPT before coming here, hoping for a quick solution, but it turned out it wasn’t working.

Additional point, if I turn on the On-Screen keyboard, I can paste without trouble.
What is the model and make of your keyboard? Have you attempted to use a different keyboard on your affected system? Are you trying to confirm if the problematic keyboard remains operational by using it on another platform? What is the current version of Windows 11 you are running?
I've tested this keyboard with various devices, but it doesn't work on my PC. It functions properly on other systems, especially for the Paste function. My setup is version 10.0.26100 Build 26100.
