If you haven't noticed yet, your RAM's DDR speed is 2666 MHz, though it may support faster rates. Press the "xmp profile 1" button at the top left and turn on the Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) setting. After that, press F10, save your changes, and close the program.

They said new-built computers shouldn't power up right away because it could be risky or unsafe (I just set one up today).

It's safe to use, but you can turn it on later. That way, if an issue arises during the first week, you'll be sure it's not an XMP problem.
