So I assembled this computer, and everything worked until I began overclocking. The first couple attempts were stable, but then I experienced a poor overclock on the CPU and RAM.
Now the system powers up, the fans spin, yet the screen remains blank and there’s this unusual high-pitched continuous beeping noise coming from my Gigabyte motherboard.
I checked the manual, which suggested the RAM was improperly seated, but I re-seated it several times.
Additionally, I’ve tried reseating the CMOS battery, removing everything except the CPU, re-seating the RAM, taking out the GPU, and disconnecting all fans.
My setup includes a Gigabyte AM2+ motherboard, a Phenom chipset, a GTX 560, and a 460W power supply.
I have two AMD-only systems with two standard RAM sticks, could this be the issue? Since I adjusted the RAM settings, voltage, and performed overclocking, might it damage the BIOS or something else?
I’ve also tried using different slots, booting with just one RAM stick, and without any RAM at all.
Thanks in advance.

You might have gone too far with OC and voltage and damaged something.
