Your PC is displaying four beep codes, likely indicating a video-related issue. You're looking for confirmation and some hands-on solutions, especially since you're on a budget. The specs show a mid-range processor, integrated graphics, and a modest RAM capacity. Consider checking the display settings, ensuring the monitor is properly connected, and verifying that the graphics drivers are up to date. If the problem persists, try resetting the graphics card or consulting online forums for similar issues.

AMI refers to a specific brand, but without the exact model number it doesn't provide detailed information.

It's the Intel Mahobay Sandy Bridge chipset I'm familiar with the most.

They’re causing issues here. Every maker makes its own set of beep codes, usually specific to each board. Without knowing the board, I can only give very general troubleshooting tips:
1) Restart BIOS to default settings
2) Try with just one RAM stick
3) Disconnect all unnecessary devices—like hard drives and CD-ROMs

The American Megatrands brand appeared on the screen, and you might want to check the model number on the display. Since the PC isn’t starting, you can search for that information.

Usually, this information is etched onto the mainboard close to the PCIe connections or maybe in the RAM port.

The model should appear on a mobile device. During removal, I severed one of the support legs on the CPU cooler.
