I put it on my laptop inside a virtual environment quickly. It worked fast, though I'm not entirely certain about the key logging feature—it seems it tracks the keys you press, which could mean it stores passwords and sensitive data.

oh nice. They mustn't of known what they were doing Correct. It'll log every key you press. So if, and I'd highly doubt it, but if Microsoft or someone got access to the Keylogged data they'd be able to find any Usernames or passwords entered. Its nothing major tbh. Just a heads up

It's uncertain if keystrokes are being stolen, but I strongly believe M$ wouldn't go that far. It would require a huge legal effort to make it so noticeable.

You're on the right track, and I'm sure Microsoft will provide a free upgrade to 10. However, I'm not sure about that.
