Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with CJS-CD KEYS. I bought a Win8.1PRO key on April 24, 2022. At first it worked perfectly, but about a week ago I received a notice indicating the Windows key was being used on another machine. Since installing Windows, I had to focus on other tasks. I contacted CJS and they asked for some images to verify the issue. I sent them right away. Even my grandmother, who is 86 years old, could read the pictures, but the person at CJS seemed unsure about their clarity. I reviewed the image they replied with, zoomed in, and took additional shots for better detail. I offered to connect my computer via TeamViewer or Anydesk, but unfortunately, when I needed technical help, I had to call Microsoft directly. At this point, the £7.99 I paid doesn’t seem worth it. Instead, I plan to spend time on forums and review sites sharing my honest thoughts, hoping others facing similar situations will find help. Also remember to use PayPal when shopping there so you can benefit from its buyer protection.

You didn’t understand the issue. You paid 8 pounds for a fake activation code for a non-legal grey market window, which was already in use by someone else—likely sold many times before. These kinds of sites have no clear information about how or where the keys were obtained. Either try to get a real key from Microsoft for around 100 pounds or look for another reseller that operates legitimately.

The only genuine methods to obtain a Windows key are through a new PC or from an authorized Microsoft seller. All the inexpensive Windows keys found on questionable sites are either counterfeit, stolen from refurbished units, widely circulated, pirated versions, or made up entirely. Be cautious of these options. Avoid using PayPal’s “friends and family” transfer online, as it offers no protection if issues arise. This tactic is used by scammers to prevent refunds when they deceive you.

It seems probable they’ll rely on their terms of service to avoid reimbursing grey market buys. If something appears too attractive, it often does. An eight-pound Windows license feels suspiciously cheap. This is the risk you run when using these platforms.

To obtain a genuine Windows license, purchase it from an authentic seller.

oh yeah, so just pay MS $150 for win pro. Its totally worth it. Or get another one for another 8gbp from another site. A total of 16 gbp is still a huge bargain. I use grey market windows keys from a local marketplace, never got any problems.

I tried the same approach but faced no problems. Honestly, a few might be valid, though. If it happens again, £8 is almost nothing compared to what you earn. The chance it repeats is low.
