Hi, I recently secured a great deal on an Asrock b150m-hds and i5-6500. I was curious about the possibility of BCLK overclocking, as Asrock doesn’t seem to have that term in their descriptions. If it’s feasible, a short guide would be really helpful! Thanks, Alex.

You have the incorrect board, so it won't function. You should use one of the boards from the list, then flash the matching BIOS. Otherwise, you're stuck unless you trade in your board and get a replacement. This isn't worth the effort unless you're only interested in learning the base clock overclocking process.

Here are the resources you asked for.
Check out the list at the provided link.
Regarding the BIOS changes, I can help with directions if you need them.
As for the Z170 BIOS compatibility, it should work on the B150 as well.

No, you have the incorrect board, so it won't function. You need one of the boards from the list, then flash the matching BIOS. You're stuck unless you sell your board and purchase a new one. It's not worth the effort unless you're just interested in learning the base clock overclocking process.
