When i downloaded the battle.net set up it says “we’re having trouble starting battle.net, Please try again. If the problem persists, try restarting your computer”. And the error code is BLZBNTBTS0000005D. I tried launching warzone steam, it doesn’t even launch. I’ve restarted my computer, problem still persists. please help

This code typically means a security tool blocking the installer from launching. Similar to Avast or Kaspersky, do you have something comparable?

Attempt to remove Kaspersky, then retry. If successful, you may locate a method to add Battle.net to the Kaspersky whitelist. Windows Defender provides sufficient security for most users unless you regularly browse suspicious sites.

I plan to retry downloading and whitelisting now, and I occasionally check suspicious sites so Kaspersky is necessary.

Please try adding it to your Kaspersky whitelist. The issue seems linked to a virus blocking battle.net. Let me know once it works!
