Sure, take your time. I understand you're looking for a more measured perspective before jumping to conclusions. While past performance can offer some insight, it's important to consider the current setup and hardware capabilities.

It won't be bad, you'll likely keep the game running smoothly at about 50 frames per second.

Yes, it uses the same engine as BF4. You can expect a similar FPS difference between them.

Look up BF4 game benchmarks and check the CPU scores for a clear picture.

I think a Athlon X4 860K & i5-2500K should do fine then I see no reason why the 4460 would fail!

It's amusing how in your small AMD circle you might believe the Athlon 860K and i5-2500K could match up in gameplay! The comparison shows the i5-4460 will handle the game well and reach full potential with the GTX 970, thanks to its support for Frostbite 3, Battlefield 4, and Battlefield Hardline. The Star Wars title should run smoothly, though you might notice slightly lower FPS from better graphics settings.

BF4 is likely more demanding than Battlefront, as Battlefront features less destruction and snow maps are less challenging.

It seems like you're questioning whether 860K and 2500K would be sufficient for the 4460, implying it might be too much.
