No, NVDIA didn't release a patch for it.
Nvidia announced a driver update, though Bethesda must issue a patch for compatibility.
It hasn't worked yet, right?

Thanks, man. Just got back online with a 3MB download speed—really slow. Kids are getting frustrated because it’s taking forever.
Currently it isn't functioning... we should hold off until Bethesda releases their update.
