My system—an Intel i7 7700k running at 4.8 GHz with hyperthreading—provides significantly better frame rates when enabled, though without it I experience even lower performance. I’m utilizing 16 GB of 2666 MHz RAM, with XMP profile activated, and an overclocked EVGA GTX 1080 TI SC2 Gaming graphics card. My display is a 2560x1440p monitor at 144Hz with G-Sync technology. Despite these high-end components, I frequently encounter frame drops below 60, with an average of around 70-80 FPS on maximum settings. This is disappointing given my hardware configuration. Using DirectX 11 results in even lower frame rates, but enabling Future Frame Rendering yields similar performance to DirectX 12. Consequently, I am currently running the game with DirectX 12 and Future Frame Rendering disabled to minimize input lag. My system software—including the BIOS, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version 1809, and the latest NVIDIA drivers—is fully updated. I've sought assistance from numerous online communities and game support channels without success. You are now my final recourse; can you suggest any potential solutions?

The performance you're experiencing with your computer isn’t particularly unusual, considering many users have encountered similar issues with BF5. This game demands a significant amount of processing power, and even the latest GeForce RTX 2080s sometimes struggle to achieve a consistent 60 frames per second when all visual effects and ray tracing are activated. To troubleshoot, I recommend reducing your graphics settings to observe the effect on your frame rate. It might also be beneficial to check what percentage of your processor and graphics card’s capacity is being used while you're playing. I resolved the problem by configuring my RAM to operate in dual-channel mode.

The performance you’re experiencing with your computer isn’t significantly different from accounts reported by others. The BF5 game is very demanding on system resources, and even the latest Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080s sometimes struggle to sustain a frame rate of 60 frames per second when all visual effects and ray tracing are activated. Experimenting with reduced graphics settings could improve your frame rate, and providing information about your processor and graphics card usage while playing would also be beneficial.

The performance you’re experiencing with your computer isn't remarkably unusual compared to other users’ reports. Battlefield 5 is quite demanding, and even the latest GeForce RTX 2080s sometimes struggle to consistently achieve 60 frames per second with all visual effects and ray tracing activated. Experimenting with reduced graphics settings could improve your frame rate, and providing your CPU and GPU usage while playing would also be beneficial. I resolved the issue by configuring my RAM to operate in dual-channel mode, and now I’m consistently running at over 100 frames per second on maximum settings.
