yesterday i noticed my cpu would hit 100% while playing bf5, which made me concerned since i want to start streaming but can't if it's that high. today i tried going live and my cpu was around 70 to 90, temp was mid to high 50s, and when i'm not streaming it matches the usage during streaming. i have an i7 8700k, rtx 2070, and 16gb of ram. should i be worried or is this normal?

I own a 2080 Ti and a 2700X, and it's consuming most of my processor power. I'm considering overclocking.

My configuration is 7700k 5.0ghz and gtx980 1450mhz. With these specs I achieve 120-140 fps at 1080p low dx11, 100% GPU usage and 60-80% CPU usage.
You might want to set a frame rate cap so it stays within your monitor's refresh rate (using RTSS).
If your 8700k runs at stock speed, consider overclocking it. RAM speed also seems important—make sure XMP is enabled if you haven’t already.
