I'm having some concerns about playing BF5. 1) I notice it's more challenging to identify players overall. The visuals are impressive but the detail level hinders enemy detection. The lighting also feels a bit off. 2) Enemies often take out me instantly with no reaction time. 3) I find sniping frustrating in a game where kills happen so quickly. I hadn't tried the third round yet, but the first two feel unsatisfying. In BF1, sniping was top-notch and the aiming precision was perfect. 4) It seems I'm being hit by random explosions that knock me down, which has happened a few times. Those should be fixed immediately. 5) The game is quite buggy. I have a persistent issue loading into matches—staying in the lobby causes endless waiting. I've even fallen through maps before. The revival system is also a frequent problem. 6) I prefer a more subdued, realistic aesthetic instead of the bright, flashy style. A battlefield feel would be better, making me feel more immersed in a real conflict rather than playing in a playground. Overall, I still like the game but have significant concerns about design and overall experience.
I genuinely believe the only battlefield that matches, or perhaps exceeds, is Battlefield I. We should keep our expectations realistic. It's a great game overall, though it has some overexposure problems.
