Battlefield 4 seems to have some major issues.
the so-called rough elements are visible on the screen, everyone experiences them... they're just sections of the map that were poorly designed or mapped because of careless work or efficiency reasons.
Sorry, the resolution isn't clear enough. If we improve video, image, lighting, and other details, it might look more realistic, though it still seems like a game being filmed on a potato.
Everything is set to ultra quality. I'm streaming BF4 at 1080p, applying all filters, using 110% scaling, achieving an average of 80 FPS. The setup includes a 780 and a 4770K at 4.4GHz.
It seems the resolution scale is set below 100% in the graphics settings. You've already confirmed that.
The video is just a year old. Back then I had a 650 Ti and was on the lower end. Now with my upgraded 980 Ti, I can run at ultra settings without problems. It works smoothly across all configurations. This setup is only for BF4; I assumed I had the right specs in my profile but here it is. Please send your Battlefield 4 profile file to me. I'll review it and compare it with the one you have saved. The file path is documents/battlefield 4/settings/PROFSAVE_profile.
I can't take screenshots directly. However, I can describe what you're seeing or help you with instructions on how to capture them yourself.
I recently adjusted the settings, and everything works correctly.
