Evil, no. It's a scam, not a legitimate offer. It's like buying an entire game at once instead of separate pieces. VPN doesn't connect with Origin, so it must be another platform. Origin needs a valid US address, and using fake information would be credit card fraud.
Previously I attempted to select the US side Origin but PayPal didn't show up as a valid option.
I understand the Origin doesn't block VPN use. I purchased BF3 Premium from India at a lower price compared to the US. The previous time I tried something similar was during the BF4 Premium period. At that time, certain routes were blocked and PayPal wasn't available.
