Additionally, when I attempt to turn on Mantle, I notice there isn’t a graphics API choice available. Likely, that’s the issue.

I don't support a graphics API option; I believe DX11 is used.

In the menu where it mentions DX11, you can select mantle.

I'll attempt it. Perhaps capture some screenshots.

I resolved the problem with BF4 by turning off hyper threading in the BIOS.

Initially, Hyperthreading isn't available on my motherboard. Second, when I tried to launch the game, there was no Graphics API choice. In the lower left corner it stated "Graphics setting cannot be changed in 32 bit operating systems." Since I don’t have a 32 bit OS, I’m using an 86 bit system and running BF4 on the 64 bit version instead of the 86 bit one. Are there any other solutions? (I mentioned this before)

System details show x86 architecture, 32-bit. Memory information appears in the installed memory section.

Are you sure you're using a 64-bit version? You need the Graphics API option enabled. Look at the game settings—it should show Battlefield 4 (x64). For micro-stuttering, run perfoverlay.drawgraph 1 in the console. It will display a graph of frame times; you should notice yellow lines indicating CPU spikes during stutters. These peaks usually appear around 25 ms. Mantle frame time spikes are lower but still present. Everyone experiences them, though most don’t notice or care. Your problem might differ. If you see large CPU spikes or red flashing, your system may be faulty. In that case, definitely try Mantle. All AMD GPU users should install Mantle, as AMD’s DX11 driver causes significantly more CPU load compared to Nvidia.

Turn off the origin settings in the game...this resolved the flickering FPS and stuttering in Mantle. It might help with your setup in DX11.
