Battlefield 4 Final Stand DLC - Giants of Karelia Map
That's quite unusual, it's going to be a tough day. A real wake-up call. I actually enjoyed Frankie's war stories videos and similar content. Hmm.
I had a strange connection with Battlefield - began on BC2 and really enjoyed it. Played 1943, which I found quite appealing. Later, I tried BF3 on the console, but it didn’t impress me much. Things changed when I joined Master Race and took advantage of BF3 being free on PC; I really liked it then. Eventually, I bought BF4 and that’s where I am now.
The video features clips showing Frankie getting caught, with Jack by his side. Server logs from their scripting process were also shared. A group of people seen in their videos appear in the footage, accompanied by weapons, ammunition, food, and enough cars to fill a lot. Occasionally, bouncing vehicles are visible, likely due to spawn issues or uneven ground causing them to jolt. This happens in Battlefield too, which is why vehicles are placed on flat surfaces. You can watch it here: [link 1] and [link 2]. Frankie spent a year submitting fake copyright takedown notices for this content across YouTube and Dailymotion. Evidence is available at the provided link. He also defended himself extensively on Reddit, blaming his editor and YouTube compression for the flashing yellow icon, which professional editors quickly exposed as a hack. Dean Hall confirmed the icon was linked to a known God mode exploit. He removed the Reddit post shortly after realizing its inaccuracies. One of Frankie and Jack’s partners in Battlefield 3 revealed their involvement with hackers years prior.
I was curious about why people seem indifferent when these creators work with it. Personally, I don’t really care. In DayZ they used it mainly for content creation. If you claim they caused player deaths, that’s a harsh judgment. I spent over 500 hours in the mod and can admit death was inevitable in some way. Frankie’s videos were at least somewhat useful. Didn’t you foresee this? It was coming without EA funding. They needed a competitive edge, and if you couldn’t deliver everything before BF BC2 didn’t hold the same market share as previous games, they shifted toward quicker gameplay. Still, I’m fine with it. I enjoy the fast-paced action in the BF series. But I also appreciate the large maps and the vehicle battles. Those elements make the battlefield feel dynamic and memorable—moments that aren’t pre-written. It’s not like COD, and it won’t be.
Jack and Frankie operate on private servers, which they owned but didn’t use. They engaged in various activities across multiple servers, often getting banned. Their actions frequently damaged servers due to their aggressive hacks and excessive map clutter. Some players in DayZ managed to survive for days or weeks. The idea of a rude person appearing to kill you for video content is frustrating. In BF4 and Levelca$, many prefer watching the creator’s latest uploads, especially those critiquing the game’s design. Both creators focus on BF4 because they earn money from Ronku videos. Levelca$h advocates simplifying BF4 to resemble Counterstrike, suggesting a more streamlined experience.
It's common among experienced combat veterans to feel this way. We're looking for a simpler approach—focusing only on firearms and vehicles. Every time I lose to a mortar, UAV, or any of those unconventional weapons, I become frustrated. The situation has become too chaotic and unbalanced.
No need to remove them altogether, just give server admins power to disable weapons, gadgets, vehicles on per map basis. Currently this is done with plugins by killing you when you kill with a banned weapon. There's even a plugin that kills you on spawn and tells you to change kits if there are a certain number of people using it.....ie Sniper.
