Optimization seems subpar. I also have a 1070, and I ran the game at 720p to achieve over 60 FPS on a mix of low and medium settings.

It's a frustrating experience. My Ryzen 1600 AF with 16 GB RAM and an RX 5700 struggles to keep a consistent 60 FPS on medium settings. This isn't normal for my system—most games perform much better.
