Your setup uses an NVIDIA GPU with an Intel CPU. Since you're not using any AMD components, the performance boost from enabling Battlefield 1's DX12 settings isn't guaranteed. It might help slightly if your GPU supports DX12, but it won't necessarily improve performance significantly or cause a crash. Running it under DX12 could also stress your system depending on its specs.

Just check it out yourself—usually it doesn’t make a difference for NVIDIA cards.

DX12 has a poor implementation in Battlefield 1. It has caused problems before, and it doesn’t seem to offer any real performance gains.
