You can run four players locally on BattleBlock Theater. Connecting multiple controllers to your PC helps the game and Windows recognize each one.
If you use 4 controllers or 3+keyboards, the game and Windows will recognize the differences between them.
Not using a keyboard, just three controllers and a keyboard are possible.
Using a wireless adapter allows you to connect several controllers to the same dongle.
