Here you are...the minimum 12 frames per second started very low before the game loaded—just the first few seconds felt sluggish then it improved. Interesting note: the benchmark doesn’t cap at 90 FPS; I didn’t realize the game needed to restart for advanced smoke effects, and this setting caused my performance to drop to around 50 FPS on average after a restart. All other options worked fine, just avoid using the smoke effects.

The benchmark execution displays interactive smoke enabled, while the remaining configurations remain fully operational as observed.

You'll receive a higher number of frames per second, resulting in smoother playback at 1080p resolution.

I’ll try 1080p with all features active instead of the smoke option.

Paperworks and lightshafts looks good too though...and they don't seem to have any impact on the 980ti...but i agree Hairworks and interactive smoke are made for future GPU's...maybe in a few years i'll play the game all over again and THEN i'll be able to use the smoke BTW i've seen your numbers and it's not bad at all actually...the game run well for you too which is great

I ran a test using the same configuration as your video, but at 1080p resolution. The only change was that Paper Debris was disabled—it seems disabled on AMD cards. All other GameWorks settings stayed on. It didn’t affect me much at first; the Paperworks looked interesting. After playing longer, it started to feel like someone was driving around Gotham nonstop, tossing random blank paper everywhere on the streets. It was overwhelming and a bit unrealistic for my preferences. Here’s the result: EDIT: I have to say, in the benchmark, except for the start, everything was fine. The GPU usage fluctuated a lot. The worst moment came when the batmobile appeared, then the usage dropped to 36% and never reached 100% for the rest of the test. This game really needs better optimization.

It seems you're questioning the political angle of the situation.
