I purchased the GTX960 recently and received a key for Batman Arkham Knight. Steam offers some preorder perks, but it's unclear if these apply to this item. You may need to check the Steam store directly or contact the seller for details.

It seems this only works when purchased via Steam. If you already have the key, you might try claiming it and be optimistic. Regardless, it's a free title and pre-order perks don't really matter.
