I previously relied on a Dell SonicWall VPN for remote access from home. After Comcast updated the business equipment and adjusted the firewall, the connection is now unreliable. The new setup seems complicated to set up, especially with SolidWorks/CAD software causing noticeable delays. File transfers between LAN and local machines are problematic, and the process often requires a workstation to be connected. We shouldn’t assume constant availability as the company expands. Splashtop Business offers a cheaper alternative at $60 per year per user, but it may not meet our needs for smooth performance or ease of use.

It looks like the firewall service is configured properly and should be active soon. Appreciate the idea!
