The red circle also covers your page file. Windows generates a page file that can utilize part of your main storage as memory when you exceed 8GB of RAM. It might run slower, but limited memory is preferable to none. You can quickly search online for instructions on adjusting the page file size if it becomes necessary.

basically the lower value reflects the RAM you have available since the system uses some of it, while the higher number shows the overall module size. Hope this clarifies things, Robert

I am completely certain there are only 8GB left across all modules, with 4GB in each slot. That suggests only three modules can be active at once, which doesn’t make much sense.
