Comparing the i5 12600K and 5700G for Valorant performance depends on your setup, but both can handle the game well. The i5 12600K offers a higher base performance, while the 5700G provides better power efficiency for streaming. In terms of raw FPS, the 5700G might edge out slightly due to its lower power draw, which helps with sustained streaming. The Vega 8 (5700G) is generally more efficient, but the difference in raw specs can matter when you're streaming.

12600K offers quicker performance on the CPU, while 5700G excels for the GPU. Intel's encoder seems to be superior, though I'm unsure if it's just for recording or also streaming. For a dedicated GPU, consider the 12600K; otherwise, go with 5700G or possibly 5600G.
