Bad temperatures
You're wondering if these temps are unusual for your setup. With fans running at about 1500 RPM and even higher, it's not significantly better. The room is around 28°C, but the GPU hits 70°C max. Should you replace the cooler? There are ways to improve cooling without a full swap.
The AIO is about a year old, and I haven't heard any unusual sounds when it starts up. The temperatures at Idol right after powering on weren't different from what I expected. Earlier I faced some issues, so I went through the reseating process and applied fresh thermal paste, but it didn’t make a change.
It turns out the item was more than a year old. Amazon confirmed they’d accept the return. Right now I’m using a Gammaxx GT RGB air cooler that’s running around 70°C max. It feels pretty hot, especially during the Australian summer, but it makes sense given the 7700k rating.
