Bad files stop the computer from starting again and again
I'm dealing with a recurring issue where my Dell laptop freezes at the Dell logo during startup. After running 'sfc /scannow' it repaired the files and the PC worked fine twice, but it keeps freezing again on the third try. The same problem occurs when I use the command prompt from Troubleshoot options. It seems the corrupted files are recurring, making it hard for the system to boot properly. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
