My brother's phone dropped from his bed and the screen broke completely, making it hard to even use the menu. He needs to back up everything, especially his nearly 500 photos. I've used Sony's Pc Companion but it hasn't worked. Copying and pasting photos from folders to the PC only shows a fraction of them. I'm looking for other software that can safely transfer most or all of his data to a PC before he switches devices. Thanks for your help!

I use the titanium backup, and the pro version works quickly—just a few minutes. I’ve heard positive feedback about Helium because it’s easier to use. Both options protect your apps, data, and text messages, with backups stored on your phone that you can transfer to your computer.
