Hello. I understand the situation might seem unclear, especially since my experience is mainly with Proxmox and Linux environments. We have two Windows servers running on separate hardware, both configured with RAID 6 and virtual machines managed via Hyper-V. My goal is to set up a backup or live clone so I can recover quickly after any issue. Additionally, I’d like the ability to generate these clones weekly using deduplication to reduce backup time. Ideally, I shouldn’t have to shut down the servers during these processes. Do you have any paid or free tools that can handle this? I’ve tried Borg and Proxmox backup solutions but they didn’t fit my setup. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Restore points are available for Windows Server. This could be the simplest and most practical solution if feasible.

Yes, restore points are accessible—on Windows Server Manager it's likely called Windows Backup—but my goal is to set up a direct replica where, in case of total system failure, I can restore and boot from another server, keeping all components intact, including virtual machines.
