I recently created a fresh setup on my desktop and it doesn’t contain Windows 10. My EFI Windows 10 USB got damaged a week back. Can I still restore my laptop from a USB drive to reinstall Windows? I’m concerned about the slow internet speed, so I prefer not to use media creation tools. My PC has the latest Windows 10 version and I have another free license key ready when the desktop is ready. Please let me know how I can proceed. Thank you.

Avoid this. Get a Windows 10 ISO file and employ Rufus to load it onto your USB drive, or utilize the media creation tool.
