Hello. Your sister is using Windows 10 and is stuck with pop-ups. She wants to downgrade to Windows 7, but it won’t let her do that. Can you save your files and programs without changing the operating system? Also, since she has a Windows 7 Pro ISO but can’t find a way to downgrade within 30 days, what options do you have?

Sorry, I meant Windows 7 and I've confirmed they don't have those folders.
