I think there might be an electrical issue in my audio system. The problem changes based on the receiver size. Both TV and receiver use the same outlet, but moving the PC or changing the source doesn’t fix it. It gets worse when the PC is plugged in. Switching to Bluetooth works fine for the phone, but not for the TV. Adding a center speaker and sub didn’t help either. The setup stays affected even if I rearrange cables. All speakers and receivers seem okay. The sample clips suggest a 60Hz hum on PS Audio, which could be the cause. This has been consistent despite using different equipment.
