Intel Atom? 64bit? This might not function. My advice is to keep things as they are. It doesn't seem worth upgrading. According to Wikipedia, all Atom chips follow the x86 instructions; yet, AMD64 support wasn't included until later desktop and mobile cores. The Atom N2xx and Z5xx lines can't handle x86-64 code. The Centerton servers will work with Intel 64 instructions. You're using a N2xxx series.

For a 64-bit operating system, you'll require 64-bit drivers. Above all, upgrading to 4GB isn't practical since the chip's memory capacity is significantly restricted: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...6-ghz.html

Sure, happy to help. It looks like your previous understanding was incorrect. The drivers suggest keeping it as Windows 10 32-bit rather than switching to Windows 7.

Stay on w7. It's not worth the effort to install a new system.
