I'm working on this setup, building it for the first time with AM5. I've got some experience with Intel builds but have never used this platform before. The RAM and CPU lights switch back and forth during boot—about four seconds for RAM, then a brief flash for the CPU. I've tried dual-channel, single sticks in each slot, repositioned the CPU, and reset the CMOS. Still no POST screen after over ten minutes. Could there be an issue with the CMOS settings or wiring? I'm also testing if bridging the pins works when the system is off. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You recently purchased new RAM and a CPU but are experiencing the same problem. You attempted to update the BIOS using Q Flash to the latest version, yet it didn’t work. Please let me know if you need further guidance.
