Hello, I recently purchased a vibrant CVN B650M Frozen V14 for my motherboard. When attempting to boot, I encountered a red debug light along with my RAM sticks. I followed several troubleshooting steps: reset CMOS, removed the battery, let it sit for about 20 minutes, reinserted everything, adjusted the RAM slots, and tried a single stick. Unfortunately, I’m not seeing any BIOS interface or display output. The CPU fans are running moderately, and the RAM is showing RGB lighting. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Specifications: CPU – Ryzen 5 7500F; RAM – Juhor 32GB DDR5 6400MHZ Cl32 Kit (16*2); PSU – Corsair RM 850.

The RAM debug indicator may signal a RAM controller, CPU component, or motherboard problem. Running a test on another machine or another CPU can help identify the source.

I don’t have friends who use AM5 builds, so I can’t do that. I’ll attempt to remount the CPU.

Repair services need simple ways to check your CPU performance. If you have no other options, you might also buy a CPU and send it back if it doesn’t fix the problem—just confirm and get permission in writing before proceeding.

Failed attempts to reinstall the CPU didn't help; the processor remained overheating.

I just took them to a store, but now they seem to know exactly what's not working...

The store verifies that neither RAM module functions properly. Testing with my CPU, RAM, and motherboard confirmed the issue persists. After replacing the RAM, everything operated correctly with both my CPU and the store's motherboard. I plan to initiate a return and purchase replacement parts.
