I'm dealing with a strange situation—I've assembled my own PC and used it for several years. Yesterday, my Bluetooth stopped working, though the Wi-Fi is fine, so the antenna seems okay. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, restarting services, power cycling the device, and waiting a bit, but Windows now says my computer lacks Bluetooth support. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
It's likely the Wi-Fi part works, while Bluetooth stopped functioning. I've experienced this before.
Ensure the drivers are fully deleted and then reinstalled correctly. Replacing the Wi-Fi card on the board might also resolve the issue.
