Hi! A quadrant is a section of a map or display area, usually marked with colored lines. You're seeing the orange sign in the upper left and two lines extending down to the left. Could you take off the side panel for a better view? The brightness is obscuring the flash source. From what I can see and by comparing images, it seems there might be an LED beneath the panel. It's not unusual for certain motherboards to light up an LED after power is applied once they're disconnected.
