I can't directly view the motherboard, but you might notice LED indicators in that area. A buzzing sound could come from the fan, power supply unit, or graphics card. It's wise to rule out a short circuit on the board. A persistent noise might indicate burning, which would smell like smoke if it continues.

Hi! A quadrant is a section of a map or display area, usually marked with colored lines. You're seeing the orange sign in the upper left and two lines extending down to the left. Since you didn<|pad|>, it might not be related to the GPU, and removing it from the PCI slot could affect how it appears.

Hi! It seems like the issue might be with the power supply unit or the motherboard itself. The sound disappearing and the white flash could indicate a problem that needs checking.

Could you take off the side panel for a better view? The brightness is obscuring the flash source. From what I can see and by comparing images, it seems there might be an LED beneath the panel. It's not unusual for certain motherboards to light up an LED after power is applied once they're disconnected.

It seems the decal is revealing an LED beneath the shield. No issue at all.
