I'm preparing upgrades and rearranging components to assemble a PC for the gf. I need to fit my 5800x into an Asus TUF b550 and verify if it fits my needs. Can I use PCIe 4.0 NVMe in the main M.2 while keeping the old PCIe 3.0 NVMe in the secondary slot, taking lanes from the main x16 for the 7700xt? My setup includes the b550 and TUF Gaming. Anyone familiar with the b550 can confirm if running two NVMe drives is possible—one PCIe 3.0, one PCIe 4.0 x16, using lane splitting from the main slot?

The primary PCIe port operates independently, ensuring maximum speed for your GPU and all M.2 storage devices.
