Hello, Your PC build is complete. You connected the antenna provided with the motherboard and still didn’t get a WiFi signal. You confirmed all drivers were installed properly, but no WiFi devices appear in the device manager. When you searched online, only one person mentioned similar issues requiring a replacement module. Other posts highlighted different problems, so it seems this isn’t a common fix yet. Specs: Ryzen 7 5800X, RTX 3060, Aorus 32GB dual, Corsair Ven Pro B550, Pro AC, Windows 11. My thought: Since Bluetooth isn’t working and the WiFi isn’t showing, it might be a faulty module. Or perhaps the drivers aren’t compatible with Windows 11. Please let me know if you’re right or need more guidance.

The Bluetooth and Wi-Fi functions are combined on the same card. You could look into the BIOS settings to determine if you can turn them on or off separately. Make sure it isn’t hidden in the device manager, even if it’s marked as unrecognized.

They mention WLAN+BT support for the W10 but not for the W11. You're wondering if Gigabyte has checked compatibility between the two models.

Thanks for confirming. I double-checked a few times and will attempt again. It seems there isn’t one available. When I reached out, they mentioned a response time of 3 to 7 business days, which feels unreasonable. I also tried installing them, but it doesn’t work on W11 or suggests the card might be faulty.

It seems the AMD AX2xx board is no longer recognized. A straightforward solution exists. Power off the computer, disconnect it from the power source, hold the front panel power button for half a minute, then reconnect everything and restart. Verify the status through Device Manager.

I attempted it earlier. The advice was to press it five times. I'm going to try your fix now. I'll update you on the progress. Thanks!

It's odd to notice the board doesn't support AX Wi-Fi and the chipset isn't specified. It seems confusing that B550 models are made without an Intel AX2xx chip, especially since my previous fixes relied on that specific set. It would be helpful if manufacturers provided clear chipset information. *note* The Realtek model is a better fit for my troubleshooting approach.

Thank you for your feedback. It seems the Mobo might have a problem with Bluetooth and WiFi. Did you notice anything unusual before it stopped working?

We resolved the issue... just a quick eye roll. My husband ordered it without WiFi on the motherboard.
