I was considering the Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB ATX Mid Tower Case, but I have a B450m-VDH pro Max and understand I’ll need a 19-pin converter. I’m unsure if my motherboard supports that many ports. Anyone can advise?

Are you inquiring about the USB connections on the front panel? The case features a single USB Type-C port and one standard (Type A) USB 3 port. The motherboard includes a 19-pin USB 3 header and two USB 2.0 headers. By default, you can connect to the USB 3 port but not the USB C port. You might need adapters to link the USB C port to the USB 3 header or connect the USB 3 port to a USB 2 header, though performance will be reduced. Another solution is using a PCIe card that has an internal header for the USB C port, as shown in this link: https://www.amazon.com/Cablecc-Socket-Ex...B07ZPZH6N5. Alternatively, you could leave the USB C port unused if no compatible devices are available.
