I checked the website and found that upgrading from BIOS 2.90 to 4.60 doesn’t require a prior update, so you can proceed directly. The 4.60 release is the latest stable version, and since your graphics card isn’t a 40-series model, this should work well for your setup.

You can reach version 4.60 from 2.90 easily. The current setup isn't ideal for Ryzen 1000 and 2000 models, but I switched to 4.60 using the 3800X and didn't encounter any issues.
